How do I get the lowest dumpster price?
By calling at least three dumpster providers, you can get a better idea of what market prices for roll-off container rentals are in your local area.
When calling, ask the providers you speak with these questions at the very least:
- What size dumpsters are available? Which size is best for my project?
- What is the rental period included in the price? 7 days, 10 days, etc.?
- How much weight is allowed? What is the cost per ton for going over?
- Are there any prohibited items?
- Can you drop off my chosen dumpster on [this date]?
- What payment types do you accept? When is payment due?
The lowest price isn’t always the best option, so make sure you understand all the details. Choose a dumpster rental company based on their price, but also consider container availability, whether or not they can accommodate your schedule, customer reviews (check your area), and if they can meet the needs of your project.
