I needed to remove some old television cabinets from my house. 1-800-Got-Junk did the removal for me. They came as scheduled, went inside the house, and removed everything that I asked them to. I have nothing to complain about, and I would use them again. They did an outstanding job.

I cleaned out a rental property that was vacated by the previous tenant and needed to remove the leftover junk and trash. I went with 1-800-Got-Junk. My brother-in-law supervised the whole project, and I didn't hear any complaints from him. As far as I know, they did fine and I would definitely use their service again.

The issue I had with them is when I was inquiring about a quote, I was told that it would be done before the items are loaded in the truck. But when they came, they just started loading the items and gave me a final price after the job was done. But other than that they were efficient and took everything I wanted remove. They did OK.

One thing that we noticed, though, was they brought in a very small truck and we were concerned if the items would fit in the truck. Maybe they weren't prepared or there was a misunderstanding. We ended up moving other stuff on our own.

I needed to get rid of my large 42 TV and nobody could get rid of it for me. I finally called 1 800 Junk on the phone they quoted me before they loaded it up. They said they would be here after a couple of hours and they were on time. They're not cheap but they came when they said they would, and they were very polite and careful moving the stuff. They lived up to my expectation.
