Advanced Disposal

Ordered a dumpster for household cleanup. The first dumpster didn't get the job done so requested that when they pick up the 1st dumpster they bring a 2nd one. I was told, over the phone, that the 2nd dumpster would cost $305. After 2 weeks of not seeing a deduction from my account for the 2nd dumpster I called Advanced and told them I was not charged for the 2nd dumpster. So much for doing the honest thing as they then deducted $409 (when I was quoted $305).

Spring cleaning again! We got a 20 yard dumpster from Advanced Disposal. They delivered it on time and picked it up the next day. It was all great. I would use them again and recommend their services.

15 years worth of items had piled up, and we needed a dumpster to get rid of it all. It was all in a commercial basement and included general office furniture, equipment and paper. We got four 20-yard dumpsters from Advance Disposal to clean it all up. They showed up on time and were able to place the dumpsters where we needed them. Everything went smoothly from delivery to pick up.

We finally got around to remodeling our basement and needed a dumpster for all the construction trash. Due to our location I didn't have many local guys that would service us. I went with Veolia and everything worked out. I didn't need to be there for delivery or pick up, which made it convenient.

I'm the owner of a water and sewage company, and I probably get 80 to 100 dumpsters a year. This time around, I had a customer in Cedarburg and due to it being Good Friday, my regular dumpster guys were closed. I called Veolia at around 9:30 in the morning. Thank goodness, they had a 30-yarder they could get me that day. I told her I would call her right back with my costumer's CC information, and in the interim I called my project manager and told him it was a go. At that point I had a crew of 12 guys heading to the job site. I called Veolia back at the direct line she gave me and it took me forever to get her on the phone. I finally did give her the credit card info. She then went on to tell me it would be a Monday delivery. I told her, no way, I had already called and was told today. She then tells me that 10 AM is the cut off time for same-day delivery. It was extremely frustrating but I did get my dumpster after 2 hrs on the phone. From that point on it was fine. I was just disappointed with the costumer care from the girls in the office. The only reason I would use them again is because they are one of the few dumpster companies that have 6 and 8 yard dumpsters.

They were three days late picking up the dumpster, which was disappointing to my customer. I asked Veolia to have it picked up the next day, and they said they would. I do contracting work in the Milwaukee area, and they also have a higher price than I am use to. Probably wouldn't use them again.
