Advantage Waste Services had the best price for a 20 yard dumpster and were very helpful. We used the dumpster for a full week, and called to see what it would cost to keep the dumpster through the weekend. Cheryl, a friendly member of their staff, told us we could keep it until Monday with no additional cost. We were very grateful and will be using their services again shortly!
I spoke with Mike the owner and explained what I needed for my clean up project. Advantage Waste Services delivered the dumpster on time and I was able to pay with a credit card over the phone. Additionally, they let me keep the dumpster for two extra days, which was quite helpful. They're great people to do business with and provided the best price in the area. I have not even completed my project, though all I need is for them to pick up the container, and I'm impressed. For the person that wrote a bad review over the container size...all I can say is: Read the website. They make it very clear what the dimensions of the containers are, and Mike makes it clear when you talk to him. I am very satisfied all the way around and would surely use them again in the future.
I did a house clean up and needed a 15 yarder to clean up the trash and debris I collected. Advantage Waste Services did a good job. I have no complaints. They came as scheduled and brought the right size container. I had no issues with it during the 5 days I had it. Everything about them was good, and I would use them again.

Advantage Waste was recommended by a contractor friend of mine. I got the phone number from him and ordered a 15 yard dumpster. They did everything they promised and we had a pleasant experience with no problems. The next time we needed a dumpster we called them again. My brother and I drove 100 miles on Saturday morning to load the dumpster and saw the 8 X 8 X 12 box it is 20 yards but we thought we were getting a conventional dumpster one that would hold 16 long material. I called Mike to tell him our problem and he was not very accommodating. He said to cut the material up so it would fit. I told him we didn't have any tools, he said to go buy a saw. I told him we did not have enough time to go buy a saw and spend all day cutting up material. He said he would pick the dumpster up on Tuesday and charge us $100.00 and to never call him again. I didn't dispute the bill as it wasn't his fault. But his attitude was horrible. He doesn't have to worry about me calling him again.
We purchased a 1500 Sq Ft. home in Spring Hill. This home needed a total redo from roof to flooring and everything in between so we needed multiple dumpsters. Called Mike and told him what we were doing he knew exactly what we needed. He delivered our first dumpster within 2 hours. We called Mike when the fist dumpster was full he immediately brought out the second and picked up the first all with in 2 hours of calling and so this has been the routine. Mike is very flexible, prompt and personable. I would highly recommend his service to anyone.

We are an investment group that purchased a 6 unit residential building and needed a dumpster on site to clean out the vacant units and the lot of bedding, mattresses, furniture, wood from a shed we removed, and other junk. Mike knew from a quick conversation what we needed and suggested a 20 yd dumpster. The container was delivered just a few hours later right when we requested after we called in. Once it was full, one simple call back to Mike and he came and picked it up. Advantage is much faster and more flexible than the larger trucks/containers. Our container needed to be dropped behind trees and around the back of a property due to Code rules. This company gets it done! We will be using them again.
We had come down from New York to Florida to clean out my parents house. We picked Advantage Waste because of the reviews on this site. We could not have made a better choice. Mike was right on time, dependable, courteous and professional. Once we were down there, we realized that one dumpster would not be enough for our project. We ended up getting three 20 yard containers, and Mike was more than accommodating in removing them each time we filled it and quickly returning it to us in time for our next load. He is very down to earth and personable. He made a very emotionally difficult time for us easier to manage.
