I had a wonderful experience with American Disposal Services. I called them early in the morning and I was surprised when they answered. The representative I spoke with answered all of my questions and was very patient with me. Donna was the sales rep that I spoke with and she provided me with the quote I agreed on for my dumpster rental. When I received my final bill, it was the exact price that she quoted me which I really appreciated. When it came time for delivery, Marcus called me to see where I would like him to place the dumpster. Since I was out of town at that time, he video chatted me once he placed the dumpster just to make sure that I was satisfied before he left. Their whole staff exceeded my expectations and I will definitely use them again in the future.

We had a great experience with American Disposal Services. Donna Parkman was such a pleasure to work with. Everything that she said, she delivered on. I would recommend them to anyone. Donna gave us a quote, sent out the exact dumpster that we requested at the time we requested it, and there were no surprises with the final bill. It was just what she quoted us, down to the penny.

I was working on a renovation project for my place and a 20 yard dumpster was exactly what I needed to handle all the debris. American Disposal Services took care of my dumpster needs and everything went great working with them! The delivery and pick up went off without a hitch. I would not hesitate to call them again.

I did both a renovation project and house clean up and needed a 30 yard dumpster to haul the debris. American Disposal provided me with the one I needed. All I can say is that everything was good, and I have nothing to complain about. I give them a 4 out 5.

I needed a 30 yard dumpster for construction debris—mainly cut-up wood. I called and got one from American Disposal, but I wasn't happy with the service they gave me. When I called them, the lady over the phone told me that I could load it and I'd have no problems. However, she didn't inform me that I shouldn't have filled it all the way to the top. When it was time for the pick-up, the driver told me to take the wood sticking out on top. He even told me that if I don't want to take it down, that they'll be charging me extra for it. I wasn't satisfied with the response and service. All they had to do was put the cover on top and that would have solved the problem. I had to pay someone else to clean up the rest of the stuff that was left. I won't rent from them again.

We rented a 30 yd. dumpster from American Disposal provided us with the dumpster we need. I had no complaints from our guys at the work site. So, we're satisfied since it all turned out great. I would definitely use their service again next time working in that area.

I needed a 13 yard dumpster for a warehouse clean out I did to remove junk and trash. American Disposal were on time and on schedule. I only had it for a day without any issues. When we were done, I called them and they picked it up right away. They did a good job and I was very pleased with them.
