I have a 2,000 sf ranch with a regular sized suburban lot with an inground pool. I had a lot of excess soil from having French drains put in. Also, I had a lot of yard waste from trees, limbs, and vines after the fence fell down in between our utility easement, as well as the remains of the fence. I needed all of this hauled off. Big Buck Dumpsters called and asked me to estimate the amount of waste I needed to haul off. We agreed on a date for pick-up, and they came out with two giant dumpsters and a skid steer. They picked up all of the excess soil, broken fence material, and all of the tree and limb waste. They were very careful around the pool and drainage areas so as not to cause any damage. I was very happy with their service and their care.

Chad was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. The dumpster was delivered the evening prior to the day my charges began. I initially rented for 7 days but only needed it 2 days. Chad kindly offered to provide a weekend rate and refunded me $80. This type of customer service wouldn't have been offered by a larger company. Thanks, Chad, for the great service. I will definitely keep you in mind the next time a dumpster is needed.

Big Buck Dumpsters responded to my request promptly. The owner was courteous, local, and gave me a cost estimate. The dumpster was promptly delivered on site as promised, and pick-up was completed as promised. I'm very satisfied with this company and would highly recommend Big Buck Dumpster.
