We needed to remove some large shrubbery and rotted wood from an old deck. I called Bin There Dump That, and their service was friendly and prompt. I have used many dumpster services over the years and was very impressed with Bin There Dump That.

I am a restoration contractor and I frequently use dumpsters on job sites. I contacted BTDT when I was having trouble getting a container delivered. I made one call, and it was answered by a live person. They emailed a quote to me within minutes (as opposed to 20-30 mins on hold, automated attendants, and multiple transfers with other big companies; or being sent to voicemail or left on hold with smaller companies). The drivers were polite, and they provided their own ground protection during the drop-off. The process was easy, the price was fair, and I wouldn't use anyone else.

During the time I had the dumpster any questions were answered quickly and I had a seamless pickup when I extended my timeline by one day. Very professional service unlike the first people I called (Township Refuse People) that took a week to get back to me, gave me 4 different quotes that were double that of Bin There Dump That. Bin There Dump That is a great company that I highly recommend to any company or homeowner. I have close to 20 years in the residential and commercial landscaping industry. Everyone I dealt with from this company was courteous and friendly. They showed up on time, and each of the three drivers I dealt with where professional, clean, and knew what they were doing. The person I communicated with who set up the orders and pickups was great. The dumpsters and trucks were clean and in great shape too. (I have had other companies drop off dumpsters that smelled horrible, still had debris in them, and had the bottoms rotting out, making me wonder if they would fall apart when pulled). I received a 20 yard dumpster for substantially less than other company's 15 yard dumpsters! Also, they were able to drop a larger capacity dumpster on site than the other companies could offer. Again, my experience with this company exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend them!

We cleaned out my parents apartment after 18 years, which required a sizable dumpster. One call to Bin There and everything was handled. They delivered right when they said they would. Once the dumpster was filled, there was still more work to be done. Bin There picked up the full dumpster, dropped off another before the weekend (for a fee), and the job got done. They were extremely helpful when scheduling, and drop-off and pick-up were prompt. Their communication was great throughout the process, and honestly, they left the site so clean, you would never know they were there. It was a surprisingly pleasant experience all the way around. I highly recommend this company and their services. From scheduling to drop off, they were very informative and helpful but also extremely friendly. They made the process easy, as I’ve never had to order a dumpster before, but they were fantastic. They even protected the driveway and swept the driveway after pick-up.

I was so impressed with how professional and personable the BTDT team was the first time I got a dumpster with them. I went with them again for this job, even after researching other dumpster companies. They highlight everything you need to know on their website and follow it to a T. They dropped the dumpster off on the requested date and called before they arrived. Since I ordered with them before, I knew all the details, but usually the driver will guide you through any details before they head out. We called to have them pick it up and they said it might take up to 72 hours, but that was no problem for us! If anything, it was nice to have it around for some last minute things to add.

We called Been There Dump That and asked them what size dumpster would be best based on our project. They recommended a 10 yard dumpster and it was the perfect size. They delivered the dumpster rental on time and returned to pick it back up 48 hours later at my request. Our project took 4 hours and was made simple by the swinging door that the dumpster had in the back. We were able to simply walk all contents into the dumpster through the back door. Their service was excellent and communication was professional at all levels. They did everything they said they would, right down to protecting my driveway with wood blocks and sweeping any debris at pickup time. I highly recommend them.
