We were moving out and needed to get rid of a lot of household items, so we rented a 15 yard dumpster from BTDT. Their service was incredible. Everything went very smoothly. Been There Dump That was able to schedule the appropriate sized container within a week of our initial inquiry. Their prices were competitive with everyone else. We were able to get a 15 yard bin over the exact days we desired. Delivery was on time as scheduled, and the driver was very attentive at placing the bin exactly in the location we preferred. The condition of the dumpster was very good, and not an eyesore. Pickup was seamless and right when they said it would be accomplished. There were no surprises or hidden fees anywhere in the process. Overall, an exceptional experience from this local company. I'll be renting from them again in September for another project.
