I happened to call and get the owner although I didn’t know at the time. Not 20 minutes after the call I received a call from Dispach that a driver would be in route to my location in a few hours with the dumpster I requested. The delivery went perfectly and I enjoyed speaking with the driver who was a veteran and thanked him for his service. Then he thanked me with a firm handshake. I won’t forget get him or the company. I’ve used Bin There Dump That from March of 2018 - Nov of 2019 with exceptional results. Mike and company provided dumpster services at the home I built and also at the home I moved from. At the home I moved out of, we were happy to have a dumpster placed to sort through 30 years of living there. For the other 18 months, Mike and his crew professionally and timely swapped out, moved locations on property, and maintained constant communication. We needed to clean out my brother's house after his passing this year. We had lots and lots of stuff to sift through and had to decide whether it was trash or treasure. The dumpster helped us manage to get almost all of the trash out of the house over several days before we had to return to our home out of state. Everything went very well with Bin There Dump That. We called around to several dumpster providers and found that their price was as reasonable as others, but they were much more pleasant to speak with, and they listened to what it was I needed the dumpster for. When the dumpster was delivered, the driver was careful not to mess up the driveway or the lawn. He put timbers down on top of the driveway to hold the dumpster off the driveway so there would be no damage to it. The driver was courteous and respectful of our wishes to protect our property. The dumpster was placed carefully in front of our garage, making it very easy to toss stuff into the dumpster. I called the company to have the dumpster picked up, and they did so promptly and carefully even though I was not there. Overall, BTDT was easy to deal with, prompt in their service, and respectful of our property and wishes. It doesn't get better than that.

BTDT delivered the 10 yard box we ordered, and we had it onsite for a week. The customer service was really good; scheduling was easy and delivery was prompt. I would definitely use them again.
