Caprock has been servicing our property for 2 years. They were ok for awhile but within the last few months their service has become terrible. They refuse to come when the road is a little muddy even though we can drive on it and then they still charge us. This week Monday (our scheduled pick up day) was a holiday. They aren't making up the missed pick up this week even though the road has been dry. But of course they are charging us anyway. We are switching to another company.
We're working on some renovation and needed a 30 yard dumpster for garden hoses, plastics, and other yard waste. There's also a bit of wood and other construction debris we need to get rid of. Caprock delivered on time. Their price and service was good.
We do hotel renovations and needed a few 40 yard dumpsters for carpet, wall vinyl, drapes, and other stuff we were disposing of. We got 5 dumpsters from Caprock. They were prompt and were there when I needed each dumpster replaced. Everything worked out fine.
