I am a contractor in the Baltimore area and have used Chesapeake Recycling and Disposal on and off for the last 4 years. I like the owners and try to help them as much as possible. Unfortunately, I can no longer do business with them due to their lack of communication and professionalism. I have a dumpster on a job site that is 2 weeks overdue for pick-up and only hollow promises from them that it will be picked up. Now I have to pay another company (at a fee) to take it off the job site. I recommend you stay away from this company. Their service and communication are terrible, and their professionalism is lousy.

Chesapeake Recycling and Disposal is one of the absolute worst companies I have ever dealt with. I had an outbuilding demolished in early September. It is now January, and I still have a large pile of debris in my yard that Chris said he would pick up. This is also after the dumpsters had been sitting in my yard for approximately 2 months prior to being picked up. The delay is because a truck was down... Chris also told me that he would take away some concrete rubble I had free of charge, which was a nice gesture if it were to ever happen. Four months after the original work was done, they will not return my calls or emails. I had unfortunately left a check for the full payment when they first arrived. This is honestly the least professional and most frustrating company I have ever dealt with.

We called Chesapeake for the demolition and removal of wood debris from a single-car garage. Friendly office staff and quick return call. Chris was efficient and refreshingly reliable. Price was reasonable and the job was done swiftly. They left the site clean and beautiful. Thank you Chesapeake!

A 28 ft. x 64 ft. mobile home was demolished following a house fire. The demo company hauled away all the debris and returned the site to grade, as well. They were very flexible with my schedule, which I appreciated.

We rented a dumpster for household trash, old furniture, clothes, and papers that we didn't want to take to our new home. I appreciated how courteous and informative that Chesapeake Recycling and Disposal was. They helped me determine the size dumpster I would need, what shouldn't go in it, and how long we could keep. We needed to demolish our above ground pool. Chesapeake Recycling and Disposal did a very good job. It was great dealing with Chris, he communicated well and followed up constantly. The cleanup job was also good.

We had to get our pool and wood deck demo ed and all the debris hauled away. Chesapeake Recycling and Disposal came out to take it down. They were very friendly, polite and courteous. The name of the nice gentleman I was dealing with was Christopher Polley. He was great, and I have no problem giving them highest rating possible for their work.

We had Chesapeake Recycling come out to our house and tear up about 200 square feet of our concrete driveway and haul it away. It was all cracked up and needed to be replaced. The customer service that I received was great. They called me right back and were out within a few days. The day of the job, the driveway was out before I got home from work.
