Finally... The real deal—an honest company that wants to earn your business. Since I had never rented a dumpster, a friend told me about Clipper City Containers. I called and spoke directly with Sean (owner). I never had to deal with an answering machine. He explained the rental process, terms and pricing, and answered all my questions. I accepted his quote and arranged the time/date. I generally don't write reviews unless the service/product is poor, but these guys were great. From beginning to end, Sean provided excellent customer service, a clean container, and handled everything as promised. I don't know anything about the container rental industry, but I do know that you will be making a mistake if you don t, at least, call CCC for a quote. I was 100% satisfied and will only use CCC for my future needs.

From phone call to delivery, everything went as smooth as possible with Clipper City Containers. Shawn gave me pricing with do's and don ts as well as some helpful tips to not exceed weight limits. I’ve been a businessman for over 30 years and this must be one of the worst experiences I’ve had working with another individual. I’ve used Clipper City Containers three consecutive times. The first two services I got from them was okay, and the same person was more than accommodating in the first two. But here comes the third dumpster wherein upon pick up there were bamboo sticks that were sticking out of the container and that's when the kid went berserk on me over the phone because I was out of town. After which he charged an additional fee without explaining the reason for that charge. Bottom line, this guy shouldn’t be representing Clipper City Container if he cant handle his temper. Very bad experience from this contractor because of their representative.

I needed a 12 yard dumpster for a small renovation project I did. Clipper City Container delivered the right size dumpster at the house. They arrived on time and set it up where we could get to it easily. The only issue was that they left a little pile of debris underneath the bin because of a hole on the bottom. Other than that, they were very responsive and they did a good job with my project. Next time when I rent from them, I'll make sure that there's no hole in the bottom of the dumpster. Because of good service, I will recommend them to others.

I would like to thank Shawn and his crew. I have had a lot of dumpsters, and Shawn always went above and beyond to help me out. I first called Clipper City Containers when I had a crew on site on a Saturday, and the competitor decided that he could not deliver my dumpster on its scheduled date of delivery. While my crew waited for the dumpster, I decided to call Clipper. First impression—Shawn got me a dumpster within the hour on a Saturday because I explained my situation, and he was immediately on it. Now, a few dumpsters later, I needed the dumpster for an extra day, and forgot to call Shawn. Shawn had to shuffle his whole delivery schedule to accommodate my mistake, and he did! Their customer service was excellent, and I will recommend them to anyone.

Clipper City provided us with a 17 yard roll off. They charged my credit card for an additional overweight fee on top of the rental amount I'd already paid for. They didn't inform me about it nor did they send me a bill or breakdown of how much over I was with the weight.
