Filco Carting delivered the container when we asked for it. Alternate side of the street parking is a challenge, but they came at the right time to work around the cars. Their office manager, Jessica, went the extra mile to make sure we were personally taken care of.

Filco has been working with us on a very sensitive construction project with a sensitive timeline and has been able to accommodate deliveries of many containers promptly with less than 24 hours advance notice. There has never been a complication. They have performed deliveries very quickly every time we requested them, and the same goes for the pick-ups. Even with the time restrictions and the nature of the sensitive project, Filco still is able to get the work done for us.

I have used Filco Carting several times when renting 10 yard and 20 yard containers on different projects. They have always delivered on time, prices are very competitive, and Jessica in the office works to schedule everything when needed. When renovating my kitchen and bedroom, I needed a dumpster for the debris. I called and spoke with Jessica, and it went well, but the driver was a bit rude when delivering the container. Then, days later, I see that my account was charged an additional $335 and I was not notified. When I called, they stated it was for overage in weight. The container did not overflow at all, so I'm surprised by this. In total, I ended up paying $300 more than the initial charge.

I contacted a few companies and Filco Carting was one of the two companies that called me back with quotes and followed up with email info. Jessica and Douglas at Filco were wonderful. I contacted them many times with questions due to the fact there is no parking directly in front of the house. They were patient and willing to assist, and they went above and beyond. The services are reasonably priced compared to others, too. The driver, Orlando, who delivered the dumpster was a delight. He arrived early and called me to let me know he was here (as requested by me). This is a great company with personal service, something you do not see these days, especially in a metropolis like New York. It is refreshing to know that old world service like this still exists.

Overall, it was an exceptional experience renting a dumpster from Filco Carting. I spoke with Jessica, who was very professional, polite, and pleasant. She made it easy to do business and was very quick in emailing the forms that I needed. The first carting company I called was not as friendly or accommodating, and they were more expensive. The dumpster was delivered on time and picked up according to the agreement. J.W.P Corp is a general contractor that always needs carting services, and we will definitely do business with Filco again. Customer service is the number one reason I will continue to do business with this company.
