Go Junk Free America

I was called back by 2-3 junk haulers very soon after placing my request for junk removal service. Al Burgos of Go Green Junk was able to take care of the problem very quickly. He even called me from the site to verify collection of some items that I had not mentioned. The haul away was smooth and efficient, and their crew left the yard very clean. The only thing I would change would be to receive an invoice listing the items that were hauled away. This paperwork is necessary for the business expenses, and other matters. I plan to call on Go Green Junk for more haul-aways as tenants so often leave bulky items when they move away. Thanks Al; more work coming up soon!

I needed a same-day pickup for household junk. Go Junk Free America was called for the job. They came on time as scheduled and went right to work. When they showed up, though, their truck was already filled almost halfway full. So when they placed a couple mattresses in, it was sticking out. They could have done a better job arranging the items. They charged me a bit higher price, which was different from what they quoted me because of this. If they could improve on arranging items in their truck it would have been a good deal. That's the only issue I had with them, otherwise they did a good job and their guys were nice and friendly. If they could have a better system of loading their trucks I would never had an issue with it.

We emptied our two car garage of items and junk that we no longer needed. We called Go Junk Free America, requested a quote, and they came to the house to look at what we had to remove. We agreed upon a price and we allowed them to do the removal for us. I wasn't very happy with what happened. First, they were an hour-and-a-half late and when they started to remove stuff, they wanted us to put the small items in bags, which we did. We basically did all the work of bagging and boxing stuff. Second, it took them 3 days to clear out the two garages with us doing most of the work. And finally, they charged us more than we agreed upon. I'll never use their service again.

These guys were perfect for the job. They picked up the big screen TV and hauled it away without issue. The TV was already at the curb so it was easier for them to load it up. The best part of the service was they just picked it up without charging me anything. They did a good job and I do recommend their service.

We hired Go Junk Free to clean some stuff out of the garage. My only concern was that they advertised that they recycle, but when my brother talked to them it didn't sound like that. This was distressing for me because I'm very conscientious and think someone could possibly have used the stuff or it could've been recycled, which is what that service should be about. Other than this, they were great. The truck couldn't be parked near the garage, so we put the items midway down the driveway and they were gracious enough to haul the items all the way down to their truck from there. I was extremely happy and would call them again.

They said they were going to try to pack it in as tight as possible, to get me the best cost, since that would depend on the space that my junk would take up. I appreciated the fact that they tried to make it very cost-efficient for me. I also liked how they swept around the house and hauled away some yard debris that was lying around.

Some file cabinets and other miscellaneous household junk had to be cleared from a house we owned. The guys from Go Junk Free America did a brilliant job. I'd recommend them. They were obviously good at what they do.
