I was very satisfied with my experience using Graham Waste Services. I rented a 20 yard dumpster with a 3 ton weight limit for 4 weeks for a household clean out. I appreciated that they responded to my initial quote request quickly and were also able to deliver my rental in a timely manner, which I especially appreciated since not everyone values the importance of tight scheduling nowadays. My experience with Graham Waste Services was one that I can only describe as high-quality. Everything went well and I plan to use them again if need be.
I rented several large dumpsters from Graham Waste Services over the course of 4 weeks for a few large commercial projects. Due to the nature of our business and scheduling, I made it very clear that communication before delivery was very important to me. Unfortunately for me and some of the members of my crew, communication before delivery did not happen when it should have on several occasions. There were times when I would be waiting at our jobsite for hours waiting for them to arrive. I understand that things happen and extended my empathy because of it being a hard year due to the pandemic, but failing to communicate or have good customer service on this large of a project isn't something I would put myself through again by hiring this company. I will give credit where it is due and say that the crew members they sent to pick up and drop off the dumpsters were absolute professionals who were fantastic to work with. I wish I could have just dealt with them, because every time I would call their office or speak with a dispatcher it was a disappointment.
I went with Graham Waste Services and I have nothing to complain about. They were on time for the drop off and set it up for us. The whole process went smoothly. The guy that did the pickup was very friendly. Overall, they did a very good job and I would surely use them again.

They arrived on time and helped us set it up for easy access. The only issue I had with them was that the pricing online was different from what they actually told us. As advertised, the fee was for monthly rates; but when I spoke with them, they said that the rate was only good for a week. However, other than that, they did what they were supposed to do.
