Heartland Dumpster Rental

So far it has been a horrible experience.. It did not show the day I had booked it. When the dumpster was delivered 5 days later as I had replanned. They did not follow the instructions on where to put the dumpster (needed enough room to get a bobcat in behind dumptser) I will let you know if they make this right..

We rented a 40 yard dumpster from Heartland Dumpster Rental for household debris that we need to get rid of from our property. We needed the dumpster for thirty days. The booking process went well, as did the delivery of the dumpster, but when they came for the pick-up, they got stuck, so they charged us for the towing plus the additional days that the dumpster was stuck.

I was cleaning out my warehouse and needed a 20 yard dumpster for items, like drywall, sheetrock, cardboard, and other trash. Heartland Dumpster Rental was pretty good with their service. There were no delays for the delivery or pick up. My only concern or issue was they didn't inform me beforehand that there were specific materials that they didn't allow to be loaded in the dumpster. They only told me that when I called for the dumpster to picked up. It would've been better if they informed me beforehand so that I could have found a different company that could take all the materials I needed gone. But it wasn't that much of a big deal. Overall, I am pretty satisfied with their work.

When my father passed away, we had to have his house cleaned out. I reached out to Heartland Dumpster Rental and spoke with Ms. Nicole. The service her and her team provided us was excellent. She helped me with everything I needed without hesitation. I can't thank them enough for their outstanding service.
