Some mattresses and furniture needed to go, so I called up Junk King to handle the junk removal. I can't complain about the service I got from them. They were on time like they say they would. Picked up all the items curbside and made sure that they didn't leave anything. They were very good at what they do.

We did some remodeling in our kitchen and wanted to get rid of the old cabinets, sink, and vinyl flooring as soon as possible.
I called Junk King on a Friday afternoon and they came the next day, on time, right when they said they would. They also called ahead, around 30 minutes before arrival, like they promised. Happy with that! The items were all staged in my garage, so all they had to do was back up to it, pack up, and haul everything away. It was a good deal.

The junk removal had to be done really quickly, and Junk King met my timeline. They arrived just a couple of hours after my call. We had laid the mattress/box spring out on the driveway, so it was a quick and easy job. They were efficient and the price was affordable.

I had an in-ground spa, some spa equipment, pipes, and some concrete that I needed taken away. I called up Junk King to do the job. We had 2 hiccups at the beginning, wherein they failed to arrive on two separate occasions. They came for the third appointment and everything turned out okay in the end. They took care of everything and did a really good job.

I needed a property cleaned out and contacted a junk removal company to come and clean the place up for me. It was your typical household items, such as clothes, old cheap furniture, and papers. It was about a quarter of a truck load. Junk King did a good job with the clean up but their communication with their costumers isn't very good. I tried to pay them on the day the job was done but their mobile billing device was broken. They proceeded to send me a paid in full receipt shortly there after, which I knew could not be the case. I called them and again attempted to pay the bill yet their system was still not functioning. They said they would contact me when it was fixed. Six weeks went by and they called me to tell me they were going to report me to the credit bureau. I was shocked. I was willing to pay and was simply waiting on them. It has since been resolved, but it was disorganized.
