We were cleaning a deceased parent's home and scheduled to have a dumpster delivered at 10:00 a.m., but it was not delivered until 5 p.m. This time was specifically requested as family was returning to the West Coast. The dumpster was supposed to be picked up on Wednesday, but when I called the company that morning, I was told they would pick it up on Friday. I had to reschedule other work being done and told this to their customer service, who told me next time to call someone else. You bet I will never use them again.

My parents recently died and I'm in the process of clearing out their house. I needed to dump off many household items that are no longer of use to me and needed a 30 yard dumpster for the job. I was doing some remodeling and clean up on my property and needed a 20 yard dumpster for the whole project. MSG Waste & Refuse provided me with the dumpster I needed. They delivered the dumpster promptly, and I have no complaints. I was supposed to have the dumpster for 7 days. It took them a little while to come pick it up, but it helped me out because I wasn't quite done with the project. Overall, they did a pretty good job, and I will surely call them if I have another project.

The work involved a partial demo of a 2-story 2,800 sq ft house. I was very very happy with MSG. They were professionals! They got rid of all the debris and did a good job with the demo, overall. The job was done exactly how it was supposed to be done.
