The price for a dumpster with Perkins was more affordable than the larger businesses in the area. Cleaning out a house for a scheduled closing after two decades was a huge job for us and the courteous, professional communication with the Perkins business made it much less stressful. They accommodated our scheduled arrangements with other contractors (landscapers, Moving company, etc) in a seamless fashion. I recommend them completely.

They were a day or two late in picking up the dumpster because they were swamped, but I didn't complain since I was able to use that extra time to fill up the container even more. All in all, everything went smoothly, they were good to work with, and I would definitely work with them again.
