If I could give this company negative stars I would. They are the absolute worst!! At least 4 times we caught them dumping our recycling in the garbage truck. After five phone calls they said they would refund me the recycling charge and they never did. So they charged me for a service they did not perform. Now I have canceled my service that I had to pay for in advance and my credit is on my account-my inactive account-and now I'm having to call over and over to try and get a resolution. I regret ever getting involved with this horrible place.
I agree with the other posts that this company needs negative stars! I have been requesting a special pickup of a mattress for five weeks now, and it still has not been picked up. The first time they told me to put it on top of my dumpster and it would be picked up. When the driver got there he pushed it off into my yard and left it. The second time they said lean it up against the dumpster and they would pick it up, again, it was pushed off into my yard. Then they said it would be a special pickup and cost $50, still no pick up. Next they said it was $75 to pick it up, still no pick up. I have called multiple time since and cant even get through, just sit on hold . I have to laugh because their recording says customer service is very important to them. This company is a joke!!! I will be canceling my regular service with them and reporting them to the BBB. My advice is to run, don't waste your time on this pathetic excuse for a company.
We needed a dumpster for disposing of our roof and needed same day service, which was provided at a great price. Their service was excellent. I spoke with Nichole Holloway, who was very helpful and polite and provided great customer service. I wish all people in customer service were like her.
I ordered a 10 yard dumpster for residential clean up. Mike from Priority Waste dropped it off and was very professional, friendly, and answered all my questions. He also called ahead to let me know his ETA. I was very impressed with their customer service.
We opened a new facility in Troy and rented a container for trash from Priority Waste. I underestimated the size we needed and called them to explain my predicament. They delivered an empty container and removed the full one that same day, which was much appreciated! They also supplied the dumpster when needed, and it was good-looking equipment. The driver that delivered the equipment was very nice and professional.
I was working on a renovation project and needed a 40 yard dumpster for the debris. I contacted Priority Waste for the dumpster I needed, and my transaction with them went well. The dumpster was delivered on the agreed upon schedule and the pick-up came when I was done with the dumpster. They provided excellent and prompt service, and I am very happy I chose to work with them.
I was tearing down a wooden shed and needed a 10 yard dumpster for the debris from this tear down. I got the dumpster I needed from Priority Waste, and I had no issues with them. Delivery and pick up were both on time.

I was cleaning out my house and needed a 20 yard dumpster for all the household items and junk that I had. I got the dumpster I needed from Priority Waste, and I don't have any complaints. They weren't late for delivery or pick up, and I am happy with their service.
I was cleaning out my basement that was flooded and with old junk, so I rented a 10 yard dumpster from Priority Waste. They did a pretty fine job. They came when they said they would and delivered the dumpster. Everything went great—no problems at all. I am very satisfied with their service.
It only took 15 minutes to book a 30 yard roll off bin with Priority Waste LLC. They followed the city codes, and there was no mess and no stress. I'm impressed with the customer service and the dispatcher, too. They know what they're doing and pricing made the deal happen. The truck driver was on time and was in and out. I give this company 5 stars all day!
