I had issues with RI Junk Removal when I contracted them to remove an above ground pool on a rental property I had. Overall, the work was completed successfully and I got what I paid for, I just was not that thrilled. The first issue I had was with the price. They quoted me a really low price, but I ended up paying a little extra without an explanation. My second issue was they backed out last minute on the landscaping part of the job after they removed the pool so what ended up happening was there was a puddle of mud on the property when the job was completed and I had to find a landscaper ASAP. Maybe I expected a little too much from them even though they weren't a landscaping company, but if they had told me from the start, I wouldn't have been disappointed.

I had RI Junk Removal haul away some furniture from the house for me. I had the pile ready and waiting for them. When they came, they only needed to come in the door and go down a few flight of stairs and haul away the items. I thought the price was a bit high but overall, I didn't have any problems with the service I got from them. They did a good job and I feel comfortable recommending them to others.
