Sam's Hauling Inc did some demo on my house to install a new door and also had various old I might use this some day items that I wanted to get rid of. They helped me decide what size dumpster to use and it was just right. The price was fair and their equipment and dumpsters were in good shape. Overall, their service was excellent. Delivery and removal were prompt and accurate. Communication was good and they charged a very fair price. I will definitely use them again.

We were putting in new wood flooring into the main level of the house and needed to rent a dumpster for some carpeting and tile.
The guy from Sam's Hauling showed up on time. I was actually outside watching the guy as he started to put the dumpster into the next-door neighbor's driveway. I stopped him, and we had a good laugh about it. The 12-yard I rented out for 2 weeks was usable, and everything was good.

I did a remodel of my investment property which included the kitchen and both bathrooms. I rented a 6 yard dumpster from Sam's Hauling. Once it hit my property I was contacted by the homeowners association stating I wasn't allowed to have a dumpster in the spot I had it placed, and they actually told me I would have to immediately manually push it into a more secure location.
I called the company and they took it upon themselves to deal with my HOA and assured them that their trucks are small and that they take every precaution to ensure no damage to property. They worked it out for me. They went above and beyond and that made my project a lot smoother.

I was basically demo ing a basement and wasn't sure if I would have enough debris for a 6 yard container, but after talking about it with the guy on the phone, I went with it anyway. Sure enough I was able to fill it up. The driver that brought me the box was really friendly and delivered when I asked them to.
