I needed a 30 yard dumpster for roofing at the Lucky Mart in Savannah. Signature Waste delivered one to the site. They were late dropping it off. They were supposed to be there by noon time but got it there before the end of the day. Other than that, they did a fine job.
Our company was doing a demolition and rebuild on a commercial property. We needed a roll off container to haul out the broken down debris. We used Signature Waste for the rental. We have tried to get them out there to pick up the full dumpster but they have still not come out. I've called them quite a few times with no luck. They dropped off an empty one the other day and I was hoping that they'd take the full one with them. The building owners are starting to get upset because the full dumpster is just sitting out there taking up precious parking space. But it was still sitting there when I checked on it. They could probably improve their communication not just internally but with their clients as well.
