They tell you on the phone that it’s free drop off and pick up, that they give you two weeks without a daily charge , you pay cash upfront on drop off almost 400$ and then they pick up and you pay another (just over) 400$ and then you get a bill saying you owe almost another 300$, and this is for about 1 ton of wooden cedar shake siding. Just over 1000$ for a two week rental and a ton... definitely the most expensive container service around and not being upfront about cost is poor business practice IMO. Most companies don’t charge such a high price for dropping/picking up containers. Do yourself a favor and go with a different company if you find yourself in need of a dumpster. Your wallet will thank you. Also, this was for their smaller container.
I rented a 10 yard dumpster for household debris resulting from a house clean-up project. I went with Stone Containers, and the service was great. We had no issues with them during the rental process. They did an awesome job, and I recommend their service.
We're getting ready to move to a new house and needed a 10 yard dumpster to remove stuff we no longer need at the new place. Stone Container Rentals provided us with the right size dumpster. This is actually the third time we rented from them and as always, they delivered. They were on time for the drop-off and pick-up and each time, we didn't have any issues with them. They were fantastic and I absolutely recommend their service.
I did a bathroom renovation and needed a 10 yard to remove some wood, tiles, a vanity and a toilet. Stone Container delivered when they said they would. They charged me for going over the weight limit. I remember having it only half way full, but they did explain it to me. Other than that they did a great job and I will consider using them again on my next project.
We're working a gutting job so we have sheetrock, lumber, and other debris to get rid of. Stone Container was excellent on everything, from the office to the field. We had more debris to throw out than we initially thought, so they've been here 3 times already to switch dumpsters. In fact, I still have the third 10 yard dumpster with me. The charge for extra weight is a little high, but I understand it's a business and it is what it is. They are exceptional, have great follow up, and are extremely timely.
We were doing a remodeling job and needed a dumpster for the construction debris. We went with Stone Container Rentals for the dumpster and everything went as planned. They communicated well, were timely and the driver did a good job placing it just where I wanted it.
