I never write reviews, but this company absolutely screwed me over, and on top of that, they were extremely disrespectful over the phone. They told me I had no common sense even though they gave no information or restrictions regarding dumpster loading. We had to spend double the money on labor and disposal to pay for their lack of communication. They refused to take responsibility, and instead, preferred to insult my intelligence. I was never given any terms or conditions. They wouldn't take our dumpster because they couldn't because it's too heavy, but later, they were magically able to haul it away when they needed it for another client. This was the worst experience with a company I have ever had.
I needed a 30 yard dumpster for yard waste from a project I am working on. I got one from TC Waste. They did a good job.
