We needed to clean out a 6 room office and a 10 room home and garage for a move out of Brooklyn, so we called The Junk Pros for an estimate. Eric, the manager, came to our sites to provide the estimates and we set plans to go through with the cleanouts for later that week, but Easter ended up pushing our plans back a day. Eric was very accommodating and flexible to work with our schedule. The job was done in record time and both locations were empty and immaculate when they finished. This company was VERY professional and easy to work with.

I needed to get rid of a house full of furniture. With the New Year coming up I wanted to create more space and remove the junk from the house. The service experience was nice and quick. I would recommend The Junk Pros to a friend or family member.

The Junk Pros helped remove some old furniture, bedding, TV set, queen size mattress, and other odds/ends. I am very happy with the service overall, and I'd have no problem using them again.

Clean out project: floors, radiators, hardware, furniture from the kitchen/bathroom needed to go. Carpets were also ripped up and hauled away as well. The furniture and carpet filled up two pickup truck loads. The Junk Pros were great taking care of the debris. They also cleaned up really well. For that I would give them a perfect score and my recommendations.

I needed to remove a demolished 10 ft. by 8 ft. shed with lots of clutter. Mostly wood and plastic siding. The Junk Pros did just fine. They took out all the bits and pieces and didn't leave anything behind. I've had no complaints about them.

We needed a wooden 3 car garage removed. Actually, their work itself was fine but it's their billing that I was furious about. They billed me for $2000 but ended up charging my Mastercard for $2300. I ended up disputing that with my bank for the following 6 months. I'm very upset with them.

I needed 10-15 pieces of plastic fencing removed from my property. It's about 3 ft. by 6 ft. long. My experience with The Junk Pros wasn't very nice. They charge way too much and I wouldn't use them again.

We needed to have removed 25 bags of construction debris like tiles and wood. The Junk Pros did a fine job. They took everything they had to and they were efficient as well.

There was a lot of stuff to get rid of, including about 50 bags of debris, wood, kitchen cabinets, insulation and some miscellaneous items. We called The Junk Pros and they responded in a timely manner. They showed up and did the job the way we wanted it done. We are pleased with their service.

We were having a large refrigerator replaced on the 6th floor of our office building in downtown New York City and needed to have the old one removed. I was the office administrator that contracted Junk Pros to do the job. From the very beginning there was poor communication. They didn't show up on the scheduled date that we had arranged, which delayed the delivery day of our new refrigerator. When they did finally come, they arrived an hour earlier than expected and appeared rude and impatient. They seemed rushed and didn't show much concern about damage. Thankfully there wasn't any. It is nice that they can provide a service like this in downtown. They should just have better from a customer service standpoint.
