I am an honest and trustworthy guy. Tio’s Junk Removal always goes the extra mile for customers. I try to do a little more than what is expected. Sometimes that means taking away an additional item or two, maybe moving something from one area to another that a customer cannot handle, or just sweeping up the area I was working in. I think little things like that go a long way in the customer’s eyes. I know it does for me when I am the customer.I got into junk removal shortly after meeting my wife. She is a realtor and I started doing cleanouts of foreclosure properties. I was working full-time in corrections and thought doing this kind of work on a smaller scale could bring in some extra money. So I started doing junk removal a couple days a week. I recently retired from corrections so now junk removal is a full-time job.I do a lot of the work alone which keeps my cost down. This allows me to bid lower on certain jobs, which helps pass on these savings to the customer.
