We own a commercial office building and recently had a tenant move out after a 42 year lease. We had to pull up around 900 square yards of carpet and also needed to dispose of office furniture that was left behind. I called Tri-State Disposal to ask what size dumpster would best suit our needs and how soon they could deliver the dumpster. The dumpster was delivered, as promised, by 8 AM the next day and was placed exactly where I requested it to be. I would not use any other disposal company as I have utilized Tri-State Disposal services in the past and have always received prompt, courteous service.

I rented a 30 yard dumpster from Tri-State Disposal to dispose of construction debris from a renovation project I had just finished. They offered good pricing and accommodated all of my needs. My only complaint is that they were somewhat rude at times, but overall the dumpster rental itself was good.

Tri-State Disposal went beyond my expectations during our dumpster rental. They did an excellent job. We own a 9-unit building, and Tri-State always leaves the area clean and very professional looking.
