We rented a 20 yard dumpster through Tri-State Waste & Recycling Inc. They were excellent from start to finish and gave a very competitive price too.

I needed a 20 yard for some heavy household junk I wanted to get rid of. I rented from Tri-State Waste & Recycling, and the service was just great! They came and delivered the dumpster on time, and they removed the bin on the agreed date.

I needed a 30 yarder for construction debris from a renovation project I worked on. Tri-State Waste provided me with the one I needed. They were awesome. They dropped off the dumpster the same day I called, and I didn't have any issues with it. I had it for 14 days and informed them that it was ready for pick-up. They did a good job and I would recommend them to others.

I needed a 15 yard dumpster for a window remodeling project our company did. Tri-State Waste provided us with the dumpster we needed, and everything went smoothly. They were on time and they made sure they put the dumpster on top of plywood so it didn’t sink into the ground. We filled it up in one day, and it was timely picked up the following day. I would surely use them again. Their service was good, and I have nothing to complain about.

We were rehabbing a row home in the Philadelphia area and the previous occupants left a ton of old junk. We were in a bind and needed a dumpster ASAP for the old junk and old building materials. Mario helped me figure out what size dumpster I would need to haul out all of the trash and old material from our job site, he informed me of what size containers were good for what purposes and was very polite in ensuring me that there were no invalid questions and was very happy to answer anything from what size I would need (advising), to how to best coordinate so everything went as smooth as possible with delivery and pick up, even gave me advice on how to keep other people from adding weight to our container and what I could do to avoid any fines or overages. I booked a container and when the delivery date came I spoke to Jeff, asking where my dumpster was, he informed me that there was some traffic so there was a slight delay in delivery time but assured me that the dumpster was on its way. Shortly after their dispatcher called to follow up and inform me that the truck was a few blocks away and wanted to confirm that we were ready to receive the dumpster. Overall a good experience, very attentive people, helpful and overall punctual with delivery and pick up of the 40 yard dumpster. They even gave me a break on a trip fee (car blocked dumpster) since this was my first time doing anything like this.

I needed a 10 yard dumpster for kitchen cabinets, carpeting, and other renovation debris. Tri-State did good. It was pretty simple; they were there when I needed them to be, and they picked up the dumpster when I needed it gone, three days later.

I called Tri-State and talked to Mario to schedule a dumpster. One thing that bothered me from the start was that they needed my credit info and when the dumpster came I paid cash. I partially filled the dumpster with concrete and called it quits for the day. I called company to tell them I would be finished and they could pick it up after 12:00 the next day, this time it was a guy named Jeff. The next morning I called 10:00am to see what time they would be around so I could inform my client. Mario told me they were picking it up as we spoke. I could not believe my ears as the dumpster was half filled and there was a big pile of concrete 20 ft away. So Mario said he would call me back. Hour goes by and I call back. Talked to Mario again. I was under the assumption that he was going to return the dumpster to my site. At 2:00 o clock I called Mario back again and he puts me through to Jeff, who claims he is the owner. He talked to me like a young gang member. Rude, inconsiderate, and unprofessional. Don't call Tri-State. I've been in this business for 20 years and I'm always polite and considerate, but there was no professionalism at all with these guys. Bad business.

We demo ed a large garage and needed a few different dumpsters for the debris. We've used Tri-State Waste & Recycling in the past and they have always come through for us. This time was no different. We ended up needing 3 dumpsters total, and they showed up on time with both delivery and pick up.

We did some remodeling to the main living space in our home and needed a dumpster for the sheet rock, insulation, trim, and floor tiles. Tri-State Waste & Recycling was a very friendly company to work with, everyone from the person who answered my calls to the driver. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I am in the process of selling my furniture store and need a large dumpster. I got a hold of the guys at Tri-State Waste and they did a fantastic job. They did exactly what they said they were gonna do at the price they quoted me. I plan on getting one more dumpster from them before I move out.
