They charged me an extra $100 pickup fee and said they texted me. I asked for calls not text messages. My wife was home and I was back in 15 min but they charged in spite of my numerous complaints. Seems like they do not want repeat business. Not getting mine that is for sure.
This company is not trustworthy. In order to talk to a manager or make changes you have to email them. Yessica is extremely RUDE even through her emails. We were told that the initial dumpster could not be left where we wanted it to be, after the driver (2nd day on the job) already left and that we would have another delivery fee. Then the 2nd driver came out and dropped the dumpster where the 1st driver could not. He said he would have the office credit the charge and that never happened. Then we talked to the driver when they picked up the dumpster and he said that it definitely would not exceed the weight limit...... wait for it, oh yes we were charged an additional $255 charge. This company is a scam read the reviews.
Customer service is at all all time low. Phone representative cursed at me after asking a few questions. I saw another post that said they treat their customers like the things they haul “trash” lol & I couldn’t agree with that more!
I needed five 20 yard dumpsters for broken up cement from our driveway. I got all five dumpsters from Vine Disposal. They did OK, but once in a while, they would miss the pick-up time, but it was okay; it wasn't really an inconvenience for me. Besides that, everything was okay. I am satisfied with their service.
