My experience with renting dumpsters from Zters was very unpleasant for several reasons. The first problem occurred when the dumpsters did not arrive on the day that they were suppose to, despite calling and arranging the delivery ahead of time. The next issue was that when they finally did arrive, they failed to provide me with the correct size and number of dumpsters that I ordered. By the time these issues were resolved, a week and a half had passed by, significantly extending our project time. Suffice to say, we never used Zters services again, as this was the worst experience I have ever had when renting dumpsters. Their communication was poor and I felt like they were lacking all across the board.

I live in a country and didn't have much option to get rid of my garbage because they shut down the landfill, so I went with Zters. Their service was wonderful. They delivered the dumpster on time and put it where I wanted it to be placed. The only thing was that the price was a bit high for my liking. So we decided to do a little purging since we had the dumpster for 10 days. Overall, it was a good experience.
