I rented a dumpster from Zters Waste Value to dispose of household debris, and we experienced one disappointment after the other. Their delivery was slow and late, and their pickup was somehow slower and later and can be described as derelict in execution. Our project suffered needless delays due to very poor waste management services from Zters Waste Value. The representatives we spoke with in Spokane were not helpful and, needless to say, I’ll never do business with this company again.

I completed a remodel of a 900 sq ft farmhouse where the floors, walls, and ceilings were removed. I ordered a 30 yard dumpster for all the construction material waste. The project started well, and dealing with the sales team was great. They were very professional and polite. The dumpster was filled and picked up promptly. The issue I had was with the cost and the lack of detail on the extra charges stating that the weight exceeded 8,000 lbs, which is standard for a 30 yard bin. I will not be using this company in the future.

I was remodeling and removing an addition that had been flooded and just needed to be gone. My son and his buddy told me what I needed so I called around and I called Zters. I talked with Zach and Tyler and they both handled everything I needed and answered every question no matter how stupid I thought they were. I can not thank them enough for their services. I was working on a house clean up and needed to dump a lot of debris from the inside. I required a large 40 yard dumpster to complete the job. I got excellent service from Zters Waste Value! They came in and delivered the dumpster as scheduled and it was picked up on time as well. Zters provided a perfect service, and earned a repeat customer.

After a project, I had construction materials I needed to dispose of. I called Zters Waste Value for a 10 yard dumpster, but they didn’t have one, so I opted for the 20 yard. It ended up working out well, and I had no issues. They came and dropped off the dumpster like they said they would. The rental was for 7 days, but I only needed it for the weekend; so when I was done with it, I called them, and they promptly picked it up. I appreciated what they did for me and would recommend them to anyone.

Zters was the only place that could meet our timeline. Yes, they were more expensive, but you do what you gotta do. We got it done and that's all that mattered.
