Roll-off container sizes vary, but here are the most common:
- 10 yard: 12 ft L x 8 ft W x 3.5 ft H
- 20 yard: 22 ft L x 8 ft W x 4 ft H
- 30 yard: 22 ft L x 8 ft W x 6 ft H
- 40 yard: 22 ft L x 8 ft W x 8 ft H
Dumpster sizes vary depending upon what the rental provider has in stock. Some carry other container sizes as well, including 8 yard bins, 12 yarders, 15 yarders, 25 yard dumpsters, and many other sizes.
What are Chicago dumpster permit laws?
There are fees and restrictions pertaining to how long the dumpster can reside on city streets.
There are two permit options available:
- 3 days for $50.00
- 30 days for $100.00
