I rented a dumpster from Northwest Refuse because I was doing a household cleanup. They got a good rating for their service so I decided to use them. They delivered the dumpster on time and hauled it away once we filled it up. Everything went smoothly, and I would use them again for future projects.

I had to get rid of a lot of packing material from my commercial building such as boxes and foam filler and needed a large dumpster. I needed the dumpster on a particular time and needed it picked up right away which is why I went with Northwest Refuse. They could and did meet all my needs.

We are a Home Improvement company and we were working on a house remodeling project. A dumpster was needed to get rid of some flooring, drywall, framing, and other construction debris, but we tried to keep out anything that could by recycled as well.
We went with Northwest Refuse and rented out a 30-yard dumpster for 30 days, and we also have a 20-yard with us right now, which we will be keeping for another 30 days.
They were perfectly easy to communicate with and were very prompt in delivering and picking up the unit. There's a time frame for rental and they called me to alert me when that period was almost up, which I thought was great, rather than charge me extra without informing me that I had gone beyond my rental period. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of their service.
One thing I do have a problem with is how there is no way to gauge whether I went over the allowed weight for the unit. Apparently, I did go over, and I had no choice but to trust that they were charging me with the right price.

I'm the executor to my Aunt's estate. I needed to get the house ready to be put on the market. My Aunt was a hoarder, and we literally had hundreds of garbage bags to throw out along with old furniture and other trash. We ended up renting 3 30-yard dumpsters from Northwest. I found them to be reliable and their payment options and rental period was flexible and convenient.
